Just wanted to give you a heads up about your refurbished device. If you see a notification saying that a certain part isn't original,, no need to worry! It's totally normal and the pop-up will stop after a few days..

We've replaced the part with a top-quality third-party one to ensure optimal performance. Some manufacturers make it a bit challenging for the operating system to recognize the new component, which triggers the notification. But rest assured, everything is perfectly fine!!

Please make sure we can unlock your device. Depending on the device, this requires to remove the number code, password or pattern. You can also fill it in the field below. Please note that resetting your device does not remove the code.


Remove your Apple/Samsung/Google account. i

Please remove your user account from the device. In case you cannot use the device, please follow the account removal instructions provided by our customer service team. Need assistance? Contact us.


Remove any accessories.

Please remember to remove your protective case and SIM card before sending us your device. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that you will get them back.


Pack your device.

Finally, please ensure that your device is securely packed. Use a durable cardboard box and plenty of cushioning material. If things get a little bumpy during transit and your device isn't packed properly, we can't be held responsible for any damages.
